Sugar Plum Ball 2011

Kevin took Anna to her first Sugar Plum Ball this year.  It's an event where dads take their little girls to dinner and dancing at the Convention Center.  Kevin and Anna got all dressed up and went on their special Daddy Daughter Date and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen.  Anna was so excited.  As I was getting her ready, she kept saying she looked like Barbie.  And she was so excited to put on her dress.  She looked like a princess.  It was so cute seeing them leave together, and I won't lie, I got a little teary eyed.  It was just so sweet to see them go on a date together.  Kevin is such a good dad for doing that.  And he said they had the best time.  They had dinner, they danced, she even got a little princess crown.  I'm so glad they were able to share this moment together.

 

 

 

Halloween 2011

 

Yee-haw!  Due to Anna's obsession with the Toy Story movies, she decided she wanted to be Jesse for Halloween.  Doesn't she make the cutest rootinest tootinest cowgirl you've ever seen!

We even continued the Toy story theme with our pumpkins.  She wanted a Woody and Buzz Lightyear pumpkin.  We even made a Mr. Potato Head and one of the Aliens.  

Pumpkin Patch 2011

Each year we make a trip to the Pumpkin Patch.  This year we even decided to stand in the VERY LONG line and take a hayride out to pick our own pumpkin.  And wouldn't you know, Anna found the world's most perfect pumpkin.  :)

 

And she enjoyed her first pony ride.  I thought she might be a little scared but she wasn't.  She loved every bit of it.

Anna went through a phase where she REFUSED to have her picture made.  Lately, however, all she wants to do is pose it up!  She's so sassy!  She might be the worlds next super model... but with brains!
